Rahmat Amanullah

Rahmat leads CT Group’s Intelligence projects in India. She has extensive experience in the industry. Prior to joining the CT Group in December 2023, Rahmat led the South Asia Practice for an international risk advisory firm headquartered in Hong Kong. Previously, she spent over a decade at a London-headquartered risk consulting firm based in their Delhi and London offices leading intelligence, investigations, ethics and compliance work in South Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Rahmat also spent time as a political campaign manager for a former state cabinet minister during two election seasons in India. Before entering consulting, Rahmat worked for an Indian conglomerate for several years where she held a variety of positions across strategy, market research and sales and was based in Mumbai. She is an Economics graduate and holds an MBA.

Rahmat utilises her networks in business and politics to offer information and guidance to clients to support effective decision making. She works with lawyers, private market investors and corporates to identify and mitigate reputational, operational, political and ESG risks in India and South Asia and supports them during disputes and regulatory scrutiny, leading cross-border investigations, and ABAC-focused forensic reviews. During crises, she has advised boards and c-suite on their internal and external stakeholder strategy and led campaigns to achieve results.
