He also specializes in negotiations, stakeholder management, financial modelling, market intelligence, risk assessment and transaction structuring. He has an excellent network of global investors and domestic funds.

Karan works extensively with clients on international business expansion, global partnerships and fund raising mandates.

Karan has an extensive background in corporate advisory, investment banking, private equity investing and fund raising. He has helped companies raise growth equity, advised on cross border mergers and acquisitions. Has worked with IndusInd Bank and PWC in the past.
