Chief Executive Officer

Jon has more than 20 years’ experience specialising in complex commercial dispute resolution and corporate finance.

Jon joined the CT Group in 2016 where he co-founded the Private Client as well as the Business Intelligence offerings at CT before taking on the role as Global CEO of the CT Group in January 2024. He runs the Group from our Abu Dhabi offices and often leads on the Group’s most complicated, cross border engagements. Prior to joining CT Group, Jon led a number of Global single-family offices with assets and multi sector investment strategies across the GCC, Africa and South- East Asia.

Jon has a passion for understanding the drivers of behaviour and their interaction with business. He has a deep understanding of the current global regulatory framework and enjoys being an active part of the global discussion on how an increasingly reputation focused corporate environment can impact on Sovereign, Corporate and Private Clients’ abilities to execute business.

Jon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC LLP, before joining Ernst & Young LLP to specialise in Corporate Finance. He then founded a city-based corporate finance advisory boutique firm.
