Business Development Director, UK

James leads the business development function for CT Group’s Intelligence practice and works closely with the wider leadership to expand our business development efforts across all practices and geographies.

Prior to joining CT Group, James was at Improbable Worlds, a technology company that designs and develops simulation technologies for games, live interactive events, defence, energy, health, entertainment, and finance sectors. Here, as the Growth Director, James helped to establish, scale and sell Improbable’s Defence and National Security arm of the business.

James started his career with the British Army, before moving to Goldman Sachs.
