Daniel Hoffman

Daniel is a Senior Adviser to the CT Group in Washington.  He is a former senior officer with the CIA, where he served as a three-time station chief and a senior executive Clandestine Services officer.

Daniel has also led a large-scale HUMINT (human intelligence gathering) and technical programmes and his assignments included tours of duty in the former Soviet Union, Europe, and war zones in the Middle East and South Asia. He has served as director of the CIA Middle East and North Africa Division.

Daniel has served as an associate professor at the Army Command General Staff College and currently lectures at the U.S. Department of Defense JCITA (Joint Counter intelligence Training Activity) and he is a security contributor on US national news.
