Dr, Arash (Ash) Najmaei is a seasoned senior analyst and research strategist with over 15 years of experience working across various agencies. His expertise spans diverse sectors like FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Finance, Hospitality, Real Estate, Beauty, and Education.

Ash has a proven track record of assisting brands and organisations in growing domestically and internationally by leveraging data-driven insights. Prior to joining CT Group, Ash served as the Associate Director of Advanced Analytics at Kantar.

Additionally, he has served as the Head of the Analytics team at House of Brand Group and as a Senior Insights Manager in multiple boutique agencies.

Ash holds a PhD from Macquarie University and has specialised in both quantitative and qualitative research.
