The Role

We are currently looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Sydney office working within our Campaigns team. This is an entry level position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Working with project leads across a variety of different projects
  • Researching and analysing information for projects
  • Drafting reports for review by project leads
  • Drafting and creating presentations both for internal and external clients
  • Supporting with proposals, presentations, and client pitches for new and existing clients
  • Understanding the scope of work required for projects, contacting suppliers, conducting feasibility assessments with support from managers
  • Identifying where opportunities and risks may exist on projects and raising as appropriate to the relevant project lead to assess
  • Developing an understanding of the CT Way Methodology and applying with assistance from project leads
  • Ensuring timely responses are provided to clients and understanding and managing client expectations

 

Skills

The successful candidate will have the ability to work analytically and creatively in a problem-solving environment.  A high level of attention to detail is essential, along with an ability to produce accurately written reports and documents, and well-designed presentations. The ideal candidate should have a curious mindset, active in keeping up to date with current affairs and possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Strong stakeholder management, both internally and externally
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of research, analysis and report writing
  • Proficiency with IT, both hardware and software, including Microsoft Office suite, particularly with PowerPoint and creating presentations
  • Strong organisation and methodical working practices
  • Adaptability and ability to prioritise and work under-pressure; and
  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is a prerequisite
