Campaigns practice

CT Group’s Campaigns practice combines regulatory affairs, media management, government relations, public policy, advertising, digital and social media, and campaigns management into a coordinated effort to solve some of the most complex and pressing problems for our clients.

Position summary

Managers are responsible for supporting Senior Managers and Directors with the day-to-day running and operation of deals, projects, or campaigns, including client liaison and the supervision, and mentoring of junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and managing a variety of different projects from scoping to delivery – project deliverables must be to a high standard and client ready.
• Managing the project team on all aspects including allocation of work, coaching, and mentoring junior staff members, and providing timely feedback on project deliverables.
• Media monitoring and reporting, including highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Researching and analysing information for projects, particularly in public policy, media, and government sources.
• Supporting with all aspects of proposals, presentations, and client pitches for new and existing clients.
• Understanding the scope of work required for projects, contacting suppliers, and conducting feasibility assessments with support from Senior Managers or Directors.
• Identifying where opportunities and risks may exist on projects and raising as appropriate to the relevant project lead or Director.
• Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, developing strong professional relationships, and liaising with teams to deliver exceptional work.
• Developing an understanding of the CT Way methodology and applying it with assistance from project leads or Directors.
• Ensuring timely responses are provided to clients and managing client expectations in line with project scope.
