With extensive experience in social and political research, survey design, and data-driven insights, Virginia has worked across industries including energy, healthcare, and public policy, helping clients address complex challenges through research and analysis.

Prior to joining CT Group, she worked for a leading research agency in Switzerland, where she managed projects for major corporate, media, and government clients. Her work informed national debates, guided strategic decisions, and shaped policy debates.

With an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Zurich, she brings strong quantitative analysis skills, specializing in data interpretation, visualization, and evidence-based decision making.
