Rachel Eggleston was appointed Head of People and Culture for CT Group in July 2023.

Prior to joining CT Group Rachel spent 5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner for Thomas Miller, an international provider of market-leading insurance services.

Rachel has a wide range of HR experience across the Professional and Financial Services industries.
