Operations Manager

Kavitha Vijayakumar is the Operations Manager for CT Group (SEA), based in Singapore.

In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office, supporting the team across office management, corporate administration, travel management, vendor relationships and event delivery.

Kavitha brings more than 20 years of experience supporting C-suite executives and leadership teams across multinational organisations in a range of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, fintech, autotech, pharmaceuticals, and technology.

She enjoys creating efficient processes, building strong working relationships and managing operational requirements. Kavitha is passionate about driving operational excellence, implementing effective processes and creating a well-organised environment that supports collaboration and business success.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures, cuisines and destinations. She particularly values the opportunity to share these experiences with her family, creating meaningful memories while fostering an appreciation for different perspectives and cultures.
