Jack Mullan

Head of Southeast Asia

Jack is Head of Southeast Asia and CT Group’s Singapore office, where he is responsible for growing CT Group’s business in Southeast Asia and India.

Prior to his appointment with CT Group, he ran the Mumbai and Singapore offices of a private equity backed corporate intelligence and risk management company.
Previously, Jack spent a decade living in Malaysia and Vietnam where he co-founded Barber Mullan and Associates, a company he built to acquisition in 2022, providing market leading political, business and security to clients with significant exposure across South and Southeast Asia.

Jack also spent five years as a crisis response consultant for a leading international insurer deploying to complex environments in Asia and Africa. He started his career working in the British Embassy in Costa Rica and holds a Master's degree in Risk, Crisis and Disaster management and a BA in International Relations, both from UK universities. Jack speaks Malay, Spanish and French.
