Hugh joined CT Group in 2024 and supports the development of communications strategies and campaigns in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector.

Hugh has extensive experience delivering major government reform programmes and communications. Prior to joining CT Group, he worked for a number of major governments in the Middle East to design policy, launch new public services, and generate savings with a focus on public infrastructure.

Hugh graduated from Oxford University in 2018 with a degree in History & Politics.
