Fredrick Shears

Head of IT

Fredrick was appointed Group Head of IT for CT Group in February 2022.

Fredrick is an experienced IT professional with 20 years of experience in public and private sectors. Known for his expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cyber-security. He is an active member of several industry organizations and presents at various conferences and seminars.

In July 2023 he was elected to the governing board of Trustees for the Chailey Heritage Foundation. A leading UK based charity, providing education and care services and for children and young people with complex neurodisabilities.
