Charlotte Ellerington

Associate Director - Group Secretariat

Charlotte started her career at CT Group in 2013 as a Campaign Consultant in the CT Group’s Campaigns practice.

In this role, Charlotte was responsible for co-ordinating grassroot campaigns, and providing research support on a number of key corporate and political clients.

In 2018, after 5 years working in campaigns, Charlotte moved to work on the corporate side of the firm, supporting the senior leadership team’s operational and strategic functions. Over time, her responsibilities evolved alongside the business and she now works directly with the Group Managing Director - Commercial and General Counsel, providing support across all operational, compliance and risk matters in alignment with the CT Group’s wider strategy and priorities.

Charlotte holds a BA Hons degree in Law and Criminology.
