Charles joined CT Group in 2024, with a background working in campaigns across a variety of international contexts. Charles previously served in the 2024 South African elections in which he directed a global campaign targeted at overseas voters, successfully surpassing the campaign’s vote target by 38%.

Charles works in CT Group’s Campaigns practice, combining his skillset in digital and on-the-ground campaigning, research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory.

Prior to this, Charles was a secondary school teacher in remote central-north Australia as part of the Teach for Australia program, teaching English and the Humanities. Charles speaks French fluently, and holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Master of Teaching.
