The Role
We are currently looking for an Associate Consultant/Content Producer to join our creative team in Sydney office, working within our Campaigns team. This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities
- Work across a number of project teams to design campaign materials, including but not limited to campaign concepts, videos, social media advertisements, presentations and web designs.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual content tailored to engage audiences on various social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Supporting with presentation decks and client pitches for new and existing clients
- Understanding the scope of work required for projects, conducting feasibility assessments with support from managers
- Ensuring timely responses are provided to clients and understanding and managing client expectations
Job Skills Requirement
The ideal candidate will be skilled in graphic and video content creation for social media platforms, managing social media accounts, and have a basic understanding of social media analytics and audience targeting. They should demonstrate both analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to their work. Key requirements include:
- Content Creation: Proficiency in creating visually appealing graphics and engaging video content tailored for social media platforms.
- 2-3 years of experience in an in -house design environment
- Competence in using software tools, including adobe creative suite, Canva, squarespace, Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint for creating polished presentations.
- Social Media Management: Experience managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools to monitor performance, analyze data, and provide insights for improving engagement and targeting.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with stakeholders.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Professionalism: A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
