Peter was a partner of King & Wood Mallesons and Baker & McKenzie, for more than forty years, based in Melbourne, Hong Kong and London. He specialises in advising boards, chief executives, other senior executives and general counsel, and has been involved in major mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, throughout his career.

Peter now makes his vast experience available to CT Group and its clients and he applies, for their benefit, a unique insight garnered from his own involvement in corporate decision making. He is an acknowledged and highly ranked leader in the provision of services to the media and digital communications sectors, and the telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing and logistics sectors. Peter also participates at board level with a number of public charitable organisations.
