Lilli Balaam

Senior Manager

Lilli is a Senior Manager in CT Group’s Australian campaigns business based in Canberra. Before joining CT Group, Lilli served as a Chief of Staff to a Shadow Cabinet Minister and an Adviser to a Cabinet Minister, specialising in social services, health, aged care, government payment systems, and disability.

Lilli has been intimately involved in the parliamentary passage of legislation, the development of regulation, and complex negotiations across political parties.

Lilli studied at the Australian National University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts. Alongside her professional career, she has been actively involved in community initiatives, from supporting the Geelong Football Club to increase girls’ participation in sport to championing youth mental health charities.
