Heidi is a skilled senior consultant in both quantitative and qualitative research. With several years of experience at Kantar and NielsenIQ in Hong Kong, Heidi has developed an extensive knowledge specifically on corporate reputation and campaign strategies. In addition, she had multiple cross-regional project experience in the APAC market and is particularly interested in different human behaviours and attitudes across different cultures.

After completing her master's studies in finance and data analytics at the University of Sydney, she is committed to provide data-driven strategies to achieve the clients’ objectives at CT Group by actively incorporating advanced analytics into client projects to enhance the offerings. Some of the techniques are: Structural equation modelling, random forest, segmentation, latent class analysis and correspondence analysis etc.
