Chief Information and Security Officer

Fredrick serves as Chief Information Security Officer for CT Group, a position to which he was appointed in September 2025. He previously held the role of Group Head of IT from 2022.

In his capacity as CISO, Fredrick provides strategic leadership for our information security and cyber risk management activities. He works closely with executive leadership and the board to ensure that cybersecurity remains integral to CT Group's operational resilience and strategic objectives, whilst fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organisation.

With over two decades of distinguished service across both public and private sectors, Fredrick has established himself as a recognised authority in information security, IT strategy, and digital transformation. His thought leadership is sought after by industry bodies, and he regularly addresses audiences at conferences and professional seminars on critical topics in cybersecurity and technology governance.

In 2023, Fredrick was elected to the Board of Trustees for the Chailey Heritage Foundation, one of the United Kingdom's foremost charities dedicated to providing specialist education and care services for children and young people living with complex neurodisabilities.
