CT Group is pleased to announce that our UK Managing Director Jon de Jager FCA will become Group Chief Executive Officer, succeeding founder Sir Lynton Crosby AO, who moves to the exclusive role of Group Executive Chairman.
Sir Lynton will focus on Board and Group Strategy and will oversee the development of our unique and proven methodology – the CT Way – as well as provide senior executive support to our Executive Committee.
Jon is the first non-founder of CT Group to be appointed as Group CEO in our twenty-two-year history. He has more than 20 years of experience specialising in financial structuring and complex commercial dispute resolution, and brings an astute commercial mindset to CT Group’s political and strategic acumen.
Jon joined CT Group in 2016, quickly and effectively establishing a differentiated private advisory and Source of Wealth offering, before integrating this service with CT Group’s market-leading intelligence business. Recently, Jon was appointed UK Managing Director, which he has successfully led for the last year. Jon will now steer the next phase of CT Group’s expansion in Asia and the Middle East, with our newly opened offices in Singapore, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. He will also lead the development in several key sectors and new service offerings.
