Summer Internship Programme
We are looking for curious, driven people to join CT Group this summer in our London office working across Campaigns, Research, Intelligence and Advisory with an interest in business, campaigns, politics or international affairs.

We are looking for curious, driven people to join CT Group this summer in our London office, working across Campaigns, Research, Intelligence and Advisory with an interest in business, campaigns, politics or international affairs.
The programme is an opportunity to work on live client briefs across public affairs, strategic communications, business intelligence, research, campaign strategy, and business development.
You will gain invaluable insight into how CT Group operates, sitting alongside our teams and finishing with a final project that puts everything you have learned into practice.
Key attributes:
- You are curious, deeply engaged with what’s happening in the world, and a natural problem solver – you don’t need to have the right answers, but you should be asking the right questions.
- You have a genuine interest in how power works, how decisions are made, and how arguments win.
- You pay close attention to current affairs in the media, and in the sectors where policy meets commercial reality.
- You are analytical and instinctively drawn to the question behind the question.
- You communicate clearly in writing, in person and when presenting.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and able to work at pace.
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is a prerequisite.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or in the final year of university.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to present information clearly and succinctly.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Desirable, but not a prerequisite:
- Previous research experience (through internships, work experience or academic projects).
- Knowledge of research software (e.g. R, SPSS, Python).
- Language skills.
