Increased demand for the Group’s services means we are seeking talented and dedicated researchers with an interest in business, campaigns, politics or international affairs to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate(s) will have the opportunity to work on some of CT’s most exciting campaigns and projects.

CT is interested in hearing from researchers at all experience levels – from entry-level to senior leaders.

The Role

The successful candidate(s) will show a strong interest or established experience in opinion research.

Characteristics the successful candidate(s) will possess, include:

• Enthusiastic team player
• Highly responsive and organised
• Curious, with a thirst for learning
• Ideally, high level of interest in news, current affairs, and salient topics of public interest
• Attentive to detail
• Commit to learning and becoming adept in the CT way of opinion research

We are seeking two types of recruits:

1. Graduates or Consultants with ideally 1-3 years’ experience and a strong understanding or desire to learn about the political, media or business landscape
2. Managers or Directors with proven experience in running qualitative and quantitative research projects end-to-end.

One or more of the following skills would also be highly desirable:

• Interest in or commensurate experience in opinion research
• Scripting, fieldwork management, data setup/analysis
• Developed skills in writing commentary/summaries
• Ability to present insights to clients and stakeholders
