The Group is now seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the team in our London based office.

Overview

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. The position requires a strong knowledge of windows and apple hardware, software, and networking. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, and providing training to end-users.

Additionally, the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for documenting technical issues and solutions, as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation. The IT Support Analyst will also be responsible for providing a white glove service to VIPs within the organization, and must maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Reporting into the IT Support Manager, this role will be on-site in the Mayfair, London office. Working as part of a small but highly efficient IT department, this role will include collaboration with an outsourced IT MSP to provide “with the sun” technical support to our global offices.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware complaints.
  • Install and configure software on a variety of Windows and Apple devices.
  • Provide training to end-users on new software and hardware.
  • Document technical issues and solutions, as well as create and maintain technical documentation.
  • To have a Continual Service Improvement mindset when performing tasks to help increase efficiency and effectiveness of our IT services and processes.
  • Provide white glove service to VIPs within the organization, including prompt and personalized support, and maintenance of the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Work with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT support.
  • Provide support for all audio-visual equipment, ensuring board and meeting rooms are fit for use at all times.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows & macOS, as well as hardware, software, and networking in general.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and ability to prioritise and work under-pressure; and
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT certification, such as CompTIA A or Network+
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Microsoft Intunes.
  • Experience with MS Azure and Office 365 Admin Portal.
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki equipment.
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

£30-£35K
